CARING MINISTRIES

As Christians, we believe we are called to bear one another's burdens and be instruments of God's grace and healing.

If you feel called to serve in, need assistance from, or would like information about any of the following Caring Ministries,

please reach out to the contact person listed.

  • College Connection Ministry

We want our students to stay connected to their church family, especially when they leave us to go to college.  So the College Connection sends cards and care packages to each college student on holidays, birthdays, or whenever we feel they might need a boost.  For information or to add your student to the list, please contact Ray Davis

  • E-Prayer Chain

We believe in the power of prayer!  Bethel's e-prayer chain is available to all members and friends of Bethel.  If you know of someone who is in need of prayer or if you would like to serve as a prayer chain link, please contact the church office at 645-9426 or CLICK HERE to email us.

  • Ginny Beel Prayer Shawl Ministry

This group of dedicated crafters meets each week to knit and crochet prayer shawls to give to the sick, bereaved, broken, and lonely.  As they knit, the group members pray for whomever it is that might be receiving the shawls.  If you know of someone who would benefit from the gift of a prayer shawl, please contact the church office at 645-9426 or CLICK HERE to email us.

  • Greeting Card Ministry

Birthday cards, anniversary cards, sympathy cards, get-well cards...simple things through which Bethel can share the grace and love of Jesus Christ with others.  Contact Suzy Kremer (birthdays & anniversaries) or Ann Wotring (sympathy & get-well) to volunteer or to donate cards and stamps.
